Announcing the Next Level of Security Training! Get your Tennessee Armed Guard License training at 901 Firearms Training with our experienced and certified instructors. Our new comprehensive 40-hour class meets and exceeds all state requirements, covering General Guard curriculum, Armed Classroom instruction, and hands-on marksmanship training. Join us to build your skills with a program tailored by U.S. Military Veterans and retired law enforcement officers, ensuring you receive top-tier instruction. Day1 AM: Unarmed/Armed Guard Classroom Training-Includes duties of Security Officers, Legal responsibilities and liabilities of Security Officers, Use of Force, Courtroom Testimony, De-escalation, Report Writing, self-defense, etc. Day1 PM: Continue Unarmed/Armed Guard Classroom-You will be getting the most comprehensive training available anywhere. Unarmed Test Day2 AM: Complete the Armed Guard Classroom section and Armed Test Day2 PM: Emergency First Aid/CPR AED and Stop The Bleed Training. Day3 AM: Dry Fire Drills from draw, load, unload, reloads, minor and major malfunction drills, marksmanship training Day3 PM: Less Lethal Instruction- (Choice of Taser Operator Certification or Self Defense for Security Officers Day4 AM: Range Qualifications Day4 PM: Put what you have learned this week to practical use with our live fire shooting drills, including "shoot/don't shoot", barricade shooting, move and shoot drills, shooting under pressure, etc. Day4 PM: Graduation The following equipment is needed for class (no exceptions): 1. The handgun you will be carrying on duty. It cannot be an off brand such as Raven, High Point, etc. 2. A Level 1 holster 3. 2 magazines (minimum), preferably 3 4. Magazine holder 5. Pants with belt loops and a belt.
