Service Description

The Dallas Law Training course is designed to prepare security officers to operate professionally, safely, and within the legal boundaries of their role. This training focuses on real-world decision-making, emphasizing when and how force may be used, how to effectively de-escalate tense situations, and the responsibilities security personnel have to protect life. Students will gain a clear understanding of use-of-force principles, including proportional response, legal justification, and the consequences of improper actions. The course also develops communication and conflict-resolution skills to help officers resolve incidents without force whenever possible. In addition, this training covers duty of care responsibilities, including basic emergency response awareness and life-saving priorities in critical situations.
