Security Training

901 Firearms Training is the premier training group for your personnel, whether it is for Armed Guards, Unarmed Guards, Dallas' Law Training, Armed Guard range qualifications or First Aid/CPR we have instructors who are certified to conduct it. We are able to conduct Church Security training, Active Shooter Response and so much more.

Armed Security Range

Our FBI and NRA certified instructors can provide expert, state approved training for your security personnel. We cover laws pertaining to Security Personnel and Deadly Force. We work on weapon proficiency including SAFE storage, maintenance, carry and use of their firearms.

Dallas' Law Training

Effective January 1, 2023, anyone who provides security for an establishment serving alcohol for on premises consumption must have training in De-escalation, Safe Restraint and CPR/First Aid within 15 days of beginning that post. This includes doormen whose responsibility is to check ID's. If the establishment hires their own personnel, the establishment can lose their license 30 days for each violation. 901 FT has certified instructors to provide state approved training in all three disciplines.

Security Officer Registration and Renewal Training

Although most companies have personnel who conduct the registration training in house, we can provide the service without losing valuable manpower conducting the training. Our state certified trainers are familiar with Title 62 and other laws pertaining to Security Officers. As part of our training we also provide training of your officers in how to use their patrol vehicle as a defensive platform for themselves and third party victims. We also cover situational awarenesss, as well as basic handgun techniques. We seek to provide you with the highest level of training possible.
