Situational awareness isn’t paranoia. It’s paying attention.
Most dangerous situations don’t begin with dramatic music and flashing lights. They begin with small things people ignore:
• Someone lingering where they shouldn’t be
• An argument escalating
• A person paying too much attention to you• An exit you never noticed• A gut feeling you talked yourself out of
The goal is not to live in fear. The goal is to avoid becoming an easy target.
Awareness gives you time.
Time gives you options.
Options keep people safe.
Head up. Phone down. Pay attention.
